Specialising in just one sport from an early age does not produce elite athletes nor does it support long term participation...
I thought the organisation of the kids activities and races was top drawer. I was really impressed ...it turned a good day out into a great day out for myself and my kids.
The sessions were positive, upbeat, fun, instructive and everyone left each session feeling confident and happy
The aim of physical education is systematically to develop physical competence so that children are able to move efficiently, effectively and safely and understand what they are doing. The outcome - physical literacy - is as important to children’s education and development as numeracy and literacy.
