By making a booking with mi sport, customers agree to abide by our terms as laid out on this page of our website. Any statutory rights remain unaffected under English Law.
Your booking is with mi sport the trading name of my sport Limited.
In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulation 2000, consumers have the right to withdraw from this transaction under the provision of a cooling off period of seven working days, starting from when the booking is made. After this period we will refund 75% of the total booking if notice of cancellation is received in writing (email permitted) more than 10 days before the start of the course. If notice of cancellation is received after this time, the customer does not qualify for a refund of any amount.
mi sport reserves the right to reject any booking and all bookings are accepted at our sole discretion.
Online payments will be made via credit or debit card using Openplay.
Refunds will be processed either via Openplay direct to the customers credit or debit card or via cheque or bank transfer, depending on the original payment method used at the time of booking.
The amount of refund will be made in accordance with the amount paid. So where any promotional or discount value was used for the original booking, it is the discounted amount that will be refunded not the full value of the booking.
Unless solely due to negligence, mi sport cannot be held liable for any losses suffered as a consequence of credit card fraud.
Likewise, unless due to negligence, mi sport cannot be held liable for any loss or injury to person that occurs during a mi sport activity or course.
If, at the sole discretion of mi sport a child is behaving in a way that is deemed to pose a threat to other children’s safe enjoyment of our service, mi sport reserve the right to refuse entry to the child posing the threat. In such cases no refund will be offered. mi sport will issue a warning to the parent in advance of taking this action.
