You can’t help but notice the difference at mi fc. In keeping with the mi sport way, mi fc is a child-centered and inclusive football club.
We don’t use adult drills and practices because it’s not adults football. The children experience football through carefully planned games that are high on fun and involvement.
mi fc is for boys and girls in school years 3 to 8. In season 2012-13 we will have boys teams at u8 through to u13 as well as u12 girls.
mi fc – play, practise perform
mi fc is for children who wish to take their football experience beyond the purely participatory and take part in carefully managed practices and league matches. Organised matches against other teams take place in Regents Park for u10, u11, u12 and U13 teams. We affiliate to the London F.A. and enter our teams in the Camden and Regents Park Youth League. Games are every other Saturday with training on the Saturdays where there are no matches. Children take part in matches when they are ready to meet the demands of organised football. If children play matches before they are ready to do so, there is a risk that their initial experiences will not be positive.
We also run a ‘development squad’ at u8 and u9 level. The purpose of this squad is to support each and every player’s progress in a safe a secure setting – NO TRIALS, NO SELECTION, NO REJECTION. Over the season we introduce the children to organsied games through a series of friendly games.

mi FC GIRLS
We have a thriving girls squad who made great progress over the course of last season. They practice each week at the same time as the boys’, 09.30-12.00 on Saturdays and are entered in an exciting new league for the 2012/13 season.
